PipVPN 0.4.2 pre-production downloads - Cyberpip - 5 November 2026 VPN TEST SERVICE IS OFFLINE The owner has powered off the Singapore test server. Android and Windows are real pre-production apps configured for that service; connections are unavailable while it is offline. Their connection UI is retained. They do not protect traffic when disconnected. The macOS and Linux downloads are interface previews and do not start a VPN. No live filtering is active while the service is offline. Android: signed release APKs, Android 7.0+, version code 7. Choose ARM64 for most modern phones; ARM32 is only for a 32-bit ARM Android system. These retain the website signing identity, including 0.3.0, 0.4.0 and the 0.4.1 pilot. A debug build may use a different certificate; contact support if an update cannot install. Windows: Windows 10/11 Intel/AMD x64. Close PipVPN, run the installer and open the app normally. Administrator approval is required for the native tunnel helper. The installer/app are unsigned; Windows may show a publisher warning. Official bundled WireGuard tools retain their upstream signatures. This build fixes the private Shield DNS validation that prevented Windows 0.4.1 from connecting. Native Server 2022 CI verified two real Singapore WAN handshake/egress/private DNS/reconnect cycles before the test server was powered off. Physical Windows 10/11, full app-to-cloud, leak, sleep and wider network testing remain pending. macOS: macOS 13+, Apple silicon and Intel, universal DMG interface preview. Open the DMG and drag PipVPN to Applications. This build is ad-hoc signed and not notarized; macOS may block it. Do not disable Gatekeeper or remove quarantine. Apple organization signing, provisioning, notarization and physical tunnel tests are required for a working macOS VPN release. No installable iPhone IPA exists. Linux: Ubuntu 22.04+/Debian 12+ compatible x64 graphical desktop. Interface preview. Requires GTK, Secret Service/keyring, polkit and WireGuard tools. Install with: sudo apt install ./pipvpn_0.4.2_amd64.deb Native CI used Ubuntu 22.04, a real keyring session and Xvfb; broader desktop and distribution acceptance remains pending. Shield is mandatory on active VPN connections: known adult-content, gambling, malware, phishing and Tor-access restrictions. No per-user off switch or public DNS fallback is provided. No filter guarantees safety, verifies age or guarantees lawful use. No HTTPS inspection, browsing/DNS-query or blocked-request history. Operational authorization metadata exists. Server IPv6 is captured and dropped; large Shield updates can pause traffic. No cross-platform kill-switch guarantee. These are pre-production packages, not store-approved or independently audited production services. Verify sizes and hashes against SHA256SUMS.txt, individual .sha256 files and release.json. Each file records its actual mode/source/CI.
