Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

Cyberpip provides PipVPN. This policy covers our PipVPN apps on Android, iOS, Windows, Linux, macOS and any other platform where we offer PipVPN.

No browsing or VPN traffic logs

We do not record or store your browsing history, visited websites, destination addresses, DNS queries or the contents of your VPN traffic. We do not sell VPN or personal data, use VPN data for advertising or profiling, or disclose VPN data to third parties for their own use.

Built-in safety filtering

PipVPN Shield is required on every VPN connection. Our VPN servers use domain reputation lists and network rules to restrict known adult-content, gambling, malware and phishing domains and known public Tor access points. There is no in-app off switch. Filtering applies only to traffic carried by PipVPN. The current design previews do not provide a live VPN or active filtering.

DNS requests are processed in memory to apply this policy. DNS answers may be cached temporarily in memory to reduce lookup time; we do not keep a history of DNS queries, blocked requests or who requested a domain. Public reputation lists stored on servers are lists of known sites, not records of your browsing. We do not decrypt your HTTPS pages, install traffic-inspection certificates, scan your files or send your traffic to a third-party classification API.

Filters can miss new sites and hidden connections, and cannot reliably classify individual pages or content inside allowed apps or websites. Sites may be misclassified. Filtering does not verify age, replace parental supervision or guarantee safety or lawful use. You can voluntarily send a domain to support for review; we do not attach browsing history or send automatic blocked-site reports. Approved corrections are operator-reviewed server policy changes.

Information needed to run the service

No name, email or account password is required to connect. We keep a random installation ID, protected session credentials, your public VPN key, assigned tunnel address, selected server, preferences and authorization or administrative event times. These records let us authorize connections, remove expired access and prevent abuse. Your private VPN key stays on your device.

Servers process your source IP address and live connection information to route traffic. Request protection uses salted IP hashes in memory. These are service functions, not a stored history of your browsing.

Storage and deletion

Access records remain while authorization is active. Expired or revoked records are removed during maintenance once disconnect cleanup is complete. Administrative events older than seven days are removed during maintenance; cleanup can be delayed by service failures. A hashed deletion receipt is kept for up to seven days so interrupted deletion requests can be confirmed; the receipt no longer identifies your installation after cleanup. Basic system security records may also be kept for up to seven days. These records do not contain browsing history or traffic contents.

Preferences and encrypted keys or session credentials are stored on your device. Use Delete installation data in Settings to disconnect, withdraw VPN consent, request removal of this installation from the server and erase saved device access. Server deletion finishes after pending tunnel removal is acknowledged. If the service cannot be reached, the app keeps credentials so you can retry. Uninstalling alone does not immediately delete server records. You can also contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we can identify as yours. If you contact support, we keep your message and contact details only as needed to handle your request, unless the law requires longer retention.

Security, providers and disclosure

WireGuard encrypts traffic between your device and the VPN server. A VPN does not provide complete anonymity or replace HTTPS. Hosting and DNS infrastructure process data needed to deliver your connection and may operate in other countries. Providers handling service records on our behalf must protect them to the same standard as this policy. Provider arrangements and local requirements must be verified before a public VPN launch.

We do not provide VPN data to outside parties for analytics, marketing or data trading. If lawfully required to disclose existing service records, we can disclose only information we actually hold; we cannot supply browsing or traffic logs we do not keep.

Ads, children and changes

The current apps contain no advertising or analytics SDK. We will update this policy and obtain any required consent before introducing new data collection. PipVPN is not intended for children under 13. Contact us if a child has supplied personal information. Material policy changes will be explained with an updated date and any legally required notice or consent.
